Membership Accounts
Freethinkers.com represents Freethinkers from all around the world.
Every Freethinker has the right to create a lifetime free membership account.
When you create an account with Freethinkers.com, you can use a nickname and hide your sensitive information from public, but you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Content
Once you become a registered member of Freethinkers.com, our service will allow you to:
- create your own profile
- create your own blog or group.
- join others’ blogs, groups or events.
- post, link or share certain information, text, graphics, videos, events or other material.
- like or comments on others’ posts.
Admins and moderators
Every active Freethinker can create a group or register a blog, thus hiring himself as an admin of that group or blog.
Admins can:
- control the content of their groups/blogs.
- add rules to their groups/blogs.
- change their groups/blogs settings.
- create events.
- add more admins, moderators or members.
- report and delete spam and misleading content.
- and cooperate with us to make the groups/blogs more clean and active.
Usernames
When you create a new account, blog or group, you can chose an available username.
Some sensitive usernames are preserved.
Your username should be more than 3 letters, and should be related to your real name, nickname, group or blog name.
Account Termination
You can terminate your account manually if desired.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Freethinkers.com
We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Freethinkers.com shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed under the laws of Freethinkers, Humanity and Earth.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
